At their own pace. At one point in every gay, bi, lesbian, trangendered (etc)
persons life, if they want to be who they really are, they should come out.
What's the point of living your life as someone you're not? All the
accomplishments you may have done will not have been by you. They will have
been by someone you were pretending to be.
It doesn't have to be right away, but I think that at some point in
everyone's life (may they be from any sexuality) they should be honest about
them selves to at least one person... even it it's to them self.
